2. DISM /online /Get-TargetEditions


3.DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:xxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx /AcceptEula

4. Type "Y" restart the Server.
5.Converted to DataCenter Edition
