How to Convert Server Edition


1. DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition
     










2. DISM /online /Get-TargetEditions


3.DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:xxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx /AcceptEula

4. Type "Y" restart the Server.
5.Converted to DataCenter Edition

Workaround :

  1. Go to Services.msc
  2. Stop BITS Service
  3. Stop Ccmsetup service.
  4. Run below command
-Bitsadmin.exe /RESET /Allusers
-Bitsadmin.Exe /List
    
   5. To Force Install SCCM Agent
       - CCMSetup.exe /BITSPriority:FOREGROUND
